Originally stayed in room 400, woke up and had no bites but found a bedbug exoskeleton on the bed as I was changing my daughters diaper. I also found many blood specs, then a few live ones within the wood base. Management washed all our clothes on high heat and moved us to two new rooms rather than the large suite. Wife and I woke up again itchin and this time the bites were visible. Found more bugs, eggs, as well as in my parents room next door. We did not get a refund, but did let the front desk girl know as we checked out. They are hiding in the wooden base of the bed, very sneaky. I'm not sure if the front desk girl took it seriously. But it has been 4 days and these bites are miserable! Blistering up and sting and itch. The hotel did give us a free meal in Saturday night before we were moved to even worse room
