Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Management was very rude and accused me of being personally infested with the vermin. I reported the find out of responsibility to my neighbors. I was treated as a leper. I am clean and as close to a neat freak as you can be. I was forced to pay $500 for the extermination because 'I was at fault'.

After having no prior issues with bed bugs prior to moving in to this apartment I have experienced a bed bug infestation. I have followed all policies as directed by management and have been professionally treated twice. I have also used DE and vacuum daily. Management uses a company that is cheap for them and expensive for the tenant. I am a clean individual. The building is infested. Now that my 90 day warranty has expired I will be forced to pay another $450. The city needs to address this issue.
