We planned to sleep 2 nights in this hotel, from the 4th to the 5th of October 2016. On the first night we did not remark the problem, just not really clean bed linen. Mid in the second night (2 a.m.) we found the bed full of bugs of all stages, from white nimphae of less than one mm to full ripe adults. I.e. the problem was quite old. As we did not manage to wake up the owner, we glued some beasts on a tape, wrote a report and gave all together with the keys. Then we left the location mid in the night and moved to our next destination. Now is almost one week after it and we did not receive any reaction or excuse from the owner. From the age of the insects and this behaviour we shall infer, that the owner has little interest in removing the problem

I am covered in welts from bed bug bites and terrified to return home. I was in room 11 and looked at the mattress and box spring to find all the signs (black dots of blood and eggs). I called and reported the issue. The management did not apologize they claimed no one has ever mentioned anything and they didn't offer a refund. Nothing is worth bed bugs, nothing. This is a warning to all those out there.
