Four of us are from China. We booked 4 rooms there for business trip and we planned to stay there for 4 weeks. We arrived at 11-Oct noon. And one of my colleague who stayed in room 175 found a bedbug. We reported the bug issue to the staff there. The staff looked at the picture and told us that was not a bed bug. And then my colleague return his room and captured a bedbug successfully. we put the little bug in a plastic box and reported to the staff again. The staff then promised to change a room (the bath equipment is broken) for my colleague. We talked to the manager the day after (12-OCT). The manager said there was no room available before 14-OCT and denied the room replacement requirement for the rest of us. (I was staying just next to the bug room and other guys were on the same floor) The so called manager did not make any formal apologize throughout the conversation, his attitude is tough and aggressive. We decided to move out then.
