We had to leave our condo in Daytona due to Matthew. We had a pet so booked a room here. We checked in Thursday's. October. 6th on the day of the hurricane I started to itch every where, I thought at first it was mosquito bites, I did a research and sure enough bedbugs! With alarming weather we could not leave I spent that night sitting in a leather chair. We left at 4:30 a.m. No one in office. I left a note, didn't expect a call. I didn't ask for a refund since that's a lost cause. This is not about money but misery. I want people to be warned. I've reported it to health department and bedbug registery and plan to contact head office of Motel 6.
