Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

My family and I stayed at this hotel on 10/1/16. Two of us awoke the next day covered in bed bug bites - at least 50 bites. I contacted the hotel on 10/3/16 to report the incident and was told that there is no manager on duty but the incident would be reported to the owner. I contacted the hotel again on 10/5/16 to follow up and was told the room was being inspected by maintenance. As of today 10/11/16, no one from the hotel has contacted me so one would assume they are not overly concerned about my incident. Very unprofessional of them! Buyer beware!
