After getting into bed, we found a large (clearly adult) bedbug on one of the pillows. After checking, we found a second smaller one on another pillow. The office was closed, but we called the number posted and management met us at the front desk and refunded our money without asking for any further details. I was surprised at how little they reacted, the bugs seemed to illicit very little concern for them.

Stayed in room 7 and found many adult and smaller bed bugs on the main bed. They seem to be coming from the cracks in the head board. Management did not seem concerned. They switched our rooms and did not offer any help with disinfecting our luggage/clothing. Slept with the light on in the other room and did not rest well at all. Do not stay in this Motel!

The room was reserved August 7, 2020. Checked into room August 8, 2020. Around 2pm I believe the time was. Was only in room for about 2 1/2 hours started feeling bites and itching. Removed pillow from bed and 3 bed bugs were found. Told manager, he refused to listen. Refused to give money back refused to check me out of hotel. I did not stay the night. Have videos at home where I came home that night. Reported it to credit card company. Manager claimed we slept there when we had left. Manager was unreasonable. Have stayed there many times before. I’ll never go back. Still got charged for the stay. Prior to renting room manager had told me that the room had been empty for months. Now we know why. I’d like my money back
