Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I was in the room for 2 hours when I found a bed bug, took pictures and showed it to the staff there. They immediately accused me of trying to pull something (what I'm not sure as what would I gain from accusing them of having bed bugs?) and refused to give me a new room or a refund. Also refused to give me the supervisors/GMs number. Called back the next day and they said the same thing, they refused to give a discount or refund of any kind or the GMs number. so I paid full price to spend 2 hours in an infested room.
