My toddler has several bites. He woke up around 4am saying he was itchy. I notified staff this morning. Maids came in to check. They lifted up the mattress and started to poke around by the wall. I noticed the bug on the top side of the mattress liner. The maids grabbed a spray and began spraying the wall. I said that wouldn't help and not to spray till I removed my child's things. He is severely allergic to bug poisons. the maids told me they knew tge bugs were in the wall behind the bed headboard. The maids told the front desk about the bugs and the front desk told me I would have to check out by 12pm because there is no other rooms available and my room has to be shut down. I only get a partial refund for the 6 nights I booked. I have stayed for only one night. There are no other rooms in any other hotels. The refund will not get processed over night and my family and I are now on the streets with bedbug bites and our money tied up in a hotel that just kicked us to the curb for reporting it to them.
