Was 2 months into my lease. All my furnishings where newly bought and started noticing bug bites on myself. Thought they were spider bite as winter was coming up. Since I work nights and coming home late I started seeing little bugs on and around my bed. That's when I realized bed bugs were not just a story mom used to tell us as kids. And now knew the reasoning for beds always being in the dumpsters to the trash men to pick up. The whole complex is infested with bed bugs.

We've had bed bugs for who knows how long. Just found out what they were. Thought our dog's fleas were causing bites, kept treating out dog and finally discovered the little pests. We contacted management and they claim no other apartments have them. Yet over 10 people reportedly moved out at the same time. We had an "exterminator" come and spray but it didn't do shit. Riverbend is a horrible shit hole of a "home" and I wouldn't recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. Another issue is we can't seem to keep one landlord for more than 2 weeks. Tell me why they keep leaving. Hmmm? Scared to face your problems. It's your fucking job. Grow up and do it. People pay $800+ a month to live here and end up paying thousands to restart their lives when they leave. Poor excuse for a way to live.
