Terribly. Been two weeks since they were found in my daughters apartment and her unit will not be treated until the 16th (Friday, 9/16). This has been a nightmare. The apartments are blaming my daughter and she has just moved in there less than 2 months ago. She had been eaten alive but what she thought was fleas when she got a random notice on her door that a K-9 unit would be coming through to look for bedbugs. Her apartments said this was routine but that they have NEVER had an outbreak? Hmmm. My daughter was thrilled to find out what was biting her until she found that she has bedbugs (yikes) and that she and her two roommates are to blame? There is a $3000-$1700 fine involved and zero proof it came from the girls? They have no pets, are clean, ne we had bedbugs or fleas yet are to blame. The complex is not informing the other tenants (we think the other tenants have every right to know) this are not treating the complex, only my daughters unit that has units above and below it. Treatment won't take place for almost three weeks AFTER the discovery of infestation!!! My daughter has not been staying at her home because of the horrible bites yet must continue paying rent. This is as bad as it gets for young renters.

My apartment is infested with bedbugs. After doing research I found that the unit below me (104) is also infested and like me, apartment complex is blaming their couch for the infestation? Neither of us have ever had bedbugs. The unit above me (304) was just treated for bedbugs and unit 309 was treated as of 8/10 per tenant. This place is beyond terrible. I have not been able to sleep in my apartment for almost three weeks because I can't stand the horrible bites yet my unit will not get treated until 9/16. The fact they are leaving my unit untreated for so long and then finding out through my own investigation that the units directly above me and below me are also infested is OUTRAGEOUS. This place needs to be properly treated to get real results and should also be reported. Worst life lesson ever. :-(
