I stayed at the Relax Inn from 8/19/16 to 8/28/16. I noticed on the 2nd night I had been bitten by something and at first i thought it was because i was outside but as the week went on I kept having new bites and was swelling and and a rash at each bite area. Finally at the end of my stay the morning of checkout my friend notice something crawling across the pillow and we identified as a bedbug. I immediately informed the manager who said "I know that's a bedbug what do you want me to do? " I told her i wanted my money back or I was calling the health department. She refused the refund and immediately wanted my key and threatened to call the police. Needless to say I'm calling the health department
