Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

My father and I were noticing small bites all over and red spots on our clothing and pillows. We had stayed there for almost a year with no issues whatsoever. Upon notifying management they came to inspect the room and found bedbugs and told us we had 3 days to leave.

I moved in in mid January and right away my boyfriend started getting bit. But I wasn't, so we weren't sure 100% if they were bed bugs. By beginning/mid March we SAW them. One crawled right by my head. I went to the office to report them and they told me I had 1 hour to leave the premises. You could tell by the mattress that they had been there for a long time. They won't give me the number to the corporate office, only email address. Only corporate can authorize refund.
