There were bugs under the covers, on the walls, everywhere. Also cockroaches. Killed at least 7, one already was dead on the bathroom floor

I and my two daughters checked into this hotel.It appeared very nice but omg!! at night out they came.My oldest and I saw at least 6 crawling on the mattress,pillows it was disgusting! We had to sleep on the floor.The next day I went to ER because im allergic to the things.I was given antibiotics and told to report them.I went back told them what happened showed my bites and showed pics of the bug.They kept telling me come back to talk to the manager.Of course he never was there or called me back.I finally called one last time the front desk guy told me the manager said go ahead go report that he didn't care!!It took a whole week for me to heal.I was there on August 10,2017. Am now afraid to stay anywhere.Ewwww!!!

I stayed in room 252 from August 1 through today and our room was bed bug infested and my friends stayed in room 129 he actually found the bed bug on him and took it down to management to show them and they did nothing and tried blaming us for bringing them in refused to give us a refund and said if we left no refund given I am currently homeless and I paid 225 dollars for a week's stay my air conditioner didn't work and they did nothing.
