we planned to stay there for 2 days, but before second night we left the hotel and the hotel staff never bothered us to help. There was a spider roaming around on our bed and my spouse one of my friend got insect bites while sleeping during night. The hotel staff seems like very cool and known about this complaint. I had to take my spouse to see a doctor and took proper bed bug treatment, we also had to throw our mattresses at home. We faced a lot of trouble due to this
