Found a bedbug crawling on pillow. Lifted mattress and found more in bed frame. Went to office with a bed bug folded in a wash cloth, told employee we were checking out (it was around midnight) and requested a refund. He claimed not to know how to do that and said we would need to call back the next day. Called back and another employee told us the same thing. Still no resolution.

Booked this motel for beach front access. It's healthier and cleaner to sleep on the beach ! We over looked the paneling peeling off the walls , them mold growing on the ceilings, and the hole that wasn't finnished in the bathroom ceiling . It was it when my husband woke up with bed bugs biting him ! Not once but at least a dozen times ! I have pictures to prove he was bitten!! The hotel wouldn't give us a full refund said they have a two night minium ,,, ok I get that ,, but we didn't know my husband would be Sunday breakfast ! The fat cow that sits behind the desk told me that I needed to calm down because bed bugs do spread diseases. They offered us another room .. I told them if I did not get our money back for two rooms we booked I would knock on every door in that motel and tell everyone then I was taking a perm marker and was gonna write bed bugs on every door!

Check in mon 4/10 check out 4/12 i made official report at check out to dawn the mod. She did not want me to fill out an incident report. I did on notebook paper she made a copy. She was extremely rude. But i have milliions of bites all over my arms, thighs, face. She said she will give me a $50 refund. I paid $200 for stay
