I am writing this with huge disenchantment about our experience of one night stay at Days Inn . This was one of the worst experiences of my life staying in hotel. I have been travelled a lot around the world and in USA but never had to face bed bug bites. Not only the bed bug bites make me very unhappy but the unapologetic behavior and attitude of the General Manager of this particular hotel was rude that I decided that I must write this review. I was on a vacation trip with my husband and stop by for the night stay on June 10, 2016. We arrived at the hotel after midnight, being tired due to driving I fall asleep right away. However, just around 5.00am in the morning I got awake because of itching and rash on my leg. Soon I realized that there were red spots and bumps on my body. Upon examining the bed, I found two bed bugs crawling near me, one of them were so big that it bit me at least at 10 different places. I was not able to sleep in disgust later on we picked one up and reported it to the General Manager of Hotel. To my utter despair this guy was not even shown any remorse, was very rude and arrogant claiming that this can happen anywhere at any given time and there is no guarantee that this would not happen. What I was surprised that he was not taking any responsibility of managing the hotel? I was shocked by his dismissive attitude to us. This whole episode spoiled my vacation completely and would strongly recommend that avoid staying at this hotel.
