I was awakened on 3/28/21 at 3:30 a.m. after being bitten by a bed bug which was still on the pillow. I was bitten on the neck, left shoulder, and right hand. I am having an allergic reaction and will most likely need to go to the dr. When I return to Indy. My shoulder is swollen and sore. I immediately proceeded to the front desk only to be told there was nothing nothing they could do and that the manager wouldn't be in till 8 a.m. We immediately left and went to a 24 hour laundromat to try to do what we could. We are still waiting for a refund at this time. I find the hotel staff's response to be egregious. I'm extremely afraid of taking them to my home inadvertently.
