Hi there, I checked out of your hotel today and was left very unsatisfied. When checking in to our room I noticed stains on the pillows and called the front desk to ask for new ones. I was brought 2 pillows without pillow cases. I called the front desk again and they said there were no clean pillowcases and would bring some to the room when they have some available. They never came... After a long night, I returned to the hotel room with my boyfriend and we found many hairs of different shapes and sizes under the sheets. I complained about this when checking out but was told it was too late for them to credit me. We were quite grossed out to be sleeping in dirty sheets and with limited pillows. The manager managed to give me free parking but I strongly believe that an $11 parking credit is quite little compared to the $200 bill we payed for the room. Now that we are home, my boyfriend has found a bunch of bed bug bites on both of his arms. I am completely discussed and uneasy having discovered this. We are both quite mortified by this experience and will not be returning to your hotel. To top things off, the elevator was not working and we were not told about this when booking the room and reviewing the website. This caused a 10-15 delay whenever we took the elevator. I strongly believe I should not have payed at all for this room. It was an awful experience. I hope that you can credit me back the amount I payed so that this issue does not need to escalate. My uncle is the chief of health inspection in Toronto and will be paying a visit if need be. UPDATE: my boyfriend and I have found bed bugs all over our luggage that was in our hotel room.... When will it end?

Was booked in hotel from May 10th to May 14th 2023. Slept first night in room 520. Noted bed bugs in both beds the following night. They were all over the sheets, mattress and bedskirts. Killed 2 big ones and captured 8 in a paper cup to show reception. Sheets had small blood stains and pillow had blood stains under the cover from previous guests being bit. Did transfer rooms but only got compensated for 1 night. Manager was unapologetic and unapproachable. Did not give a copy of report from company that investigated the infestation. Subsequently not picking up the phone or hanging up.
