We walked in room and smelt like urine but we thought it was just from the air conditioner blowing for the first time in a while maybe needed to be cleaned and it was late and we were tired so we sprayed some freshener and washed up and layed down but it felt like *edited* was crawling on me and i was like what the hell and jumped up and went and sat on the couch that they had inside the next room but really felt it and getting bites so i went right to walmart and bought raid bedbug and flea and some bombs and i sprayed the whole place but it seemed like it just pissed them off more than we just bombed and left and when we went back still getting bites so got in shower put on fresh clothes and by that time office was reopened and the manager/owner (joe) paid me back for spray and bombs and said he would get an exterminator there the next day so we told him we were going to stay somewhere else until but while we went out they had went in our room (maintence guy & exterminator) annd we werent even informed ends up my close to $500 watch is missing now and manager denies any bugs what so ever and that they even went in there at first after he had told me already that they dis go in there so now im out my watch and i told him we didnt want to stay there anymore so he charged us a weeks rate which was i believe $277 and gave me back the difference of $675 which was for the month and we had to worry about all of our clothes and other belongings even after i asked him if we could use the washers and dryers to clean our clothes now that they had bed bugs in them im sure but he denied us using them. So we called health department and they said theres nothing they could do and i even asked them if they could atleast come out to check out the room to document it and they said no so we left and were still trying to clean and kill these bugs and its been almost a week so far so just wanted to write this so people know before they go to plaza suites in las cruces nm... It a good deal $675 for the month but you get what you pay for and for now on id rather spend a little extra and review the place first thanks
