I had bed bugs issues for the first time when I stayed in room 134. I was bitten on both arms. I reported the incident to the front desk agents and requested to speak to the manager. I was told the manager wasn\'t available but would return my call. I never heard from him. He offered a 20% discount through hotwire which amounts to $17.00. Thinking that when I go back and get a different room things would be different. So on May 1st, I checked in and was given room 104. I checked the bed but didn\'t see anything out of the ordinary. Went to bed around ten and woke up around 1am to pain and itching and burning. I had bite marks on my right arm and wrist and on the right side of my face. My face is also swollen. The hotel staff was made aware of this and I was moved to room 214 which wasn\'t much better. I was able to convince hotwire to refund my money but the staff at the hotel told them that they can\'t do anything else for me. I have pictures of the bites and a video of the bug crawling on the bed.
