Booked into Sea Tac Ramada hotel April 25 thru 30, 2016. On morning of April 29th, I awoke to find a live bed bug on my sheets. I researched it on computer and found it was a stage 2 bedbug. I put it in cup and took it to front desk, they finally agreed that it was in fact a bedbug and I was given another room for my last night.

Stayed Feb 13-16 2017. Third night found a bed bug on the sheet. Called front desk and they moved me to another room. After leaving bites started to appear on my face and hand. Called management to alert and ask for a refund. He said I must prove the bites with photos. I agreed and asked for his email. He then yelled at me, called me a liar and hung up on me
