Check in Saturday night, started to itch Sunday afternoon took a shower, red bumps on both sides of my neck and arms Looked at the head Bord black spots and bed bugs so I took pictures of myself and the headboard, called the health department left a messages never called me back. Told Expedia they called motel 6 in between all that I was packing up my stuff, manager came in the room ,her English not good, showed her my bites ,got mad at me and acted like it was my fault then a man came in turned off every thing and pointed to the upstairs and said room 239 .did not say sorry or help me with my stuff, now it's Tuesday and all ready put someone in that room. I have pictures of beds and stuff out side .they know they have bugs here and don't tell no body.what can I do.it still feels like bugs are on me

Checked in 2/4/2017 2 am Woke up to welts much like mosquito bites knew that couldn't be right since its cold immediately checked the bed for spiders and instead found 4 adult bed bugs. I scooped them into a cup and called the front desk and told them to come to my room immediately. The manager showed up and took the cup. Said the furniture is new and basically said we brought them. Wouldn't give us a full refund just refund for the night we weren't using anymore. She then took the cup as to hide the evidence so I snapped a few pictures of the bed bugs before leaving. I checked out at 10:45 am 2/4/2017

Nov 4th midnight. Checked in and paid. Walked to room opened door. Turned on light. Bed bugs were everywhere. 20 or more crawling on made bed even more on the walls. We were refused a refund but offered another room which we refused. No apologies. Was treated rudely

10/8/2021 I have video evidence from each room both bed bug infested. Manager on duty refused to give a refund or have any acknowledgment of the investigation and denial.

I checked into the hotel late on Thursday night 6/8 and saw dead spiders on the floor, cobwebs in the corners, the covers were stained, surfaces were dirty, it was unacceptable. I went to the clerk to request a new room and she said the room was fine and gave me a broom and dustpan. When I went back to the room, I noticed a small bug on the bed. I went closer, took a picture and found that it was a bed bug! I went back to the front desk to report the issue and get a refund and the clerk was insistent that they didn’t have bed bugs, didn’t want to see my picture, nor did she go and check for herself this time. My experience was terrible, the condition of the room and the terrible behavior of that staff person was very poor. I have reported the issue to code enforcement.
