My husband stayed for 2 weeks. Then I joined him.And stayed 2 more weeks. I always check/look for bugs, so I don\'t contaminate my own Blankets and pillows, witch I bring. I didn\'t see anything, but few red spots on myself. Then 2 days before leaving, I returned from restroom, around 3 am. I notice spot on bed, closer look confirmed was a bug. I captured it. And still have it in a bottle. I didn\'t see anything more, and wasn\'t sure it was a bed bug. We checked out. Came home. After showing it to others, confirmed that it was a bed bug. An adult. Now we are having to spend a lot of money, and time to treat everything. And I want to make sure I tell the right people, to protect there next victim.

Worst mistake. Bedbugs. Live and dead on mattresses, baseboards, rugs, filthy everything. Should be shutdown by health Dept. I spent my own money to clean it. My dog is tearing and getting sick. Leaving tomorrow. Lampshades have dead bugs hanging off that who knows how long have been there. I was put in a room that a couple occupied for 4 years. I said I would stay (this is after being in a different room where people had 2 cats and I found cat hair everywhere even on the shoddy piece of material under the sheets that had holes.). I broke out in hives and had blisters on my legs and hands that were so swollen, I couldn't make a fist. They checked that room 4 days later and said it was clean! 4 days??? The room I'm in is even worse. Everything and I mean everything IS COMPLETELY FILTHY, BATH TOWEL WAS A RAG, HALF AN OLD TOWEL TORN TO SHREDS. BROWN WALLS, LAMPSHADES HAVE DEAD BUGS STUCK TO THEM. I rinsed it off under shower, the water ran brown. TOOK OUT Ac filter. It was black. My dog is tearing and weazing. It's 2 a.m., I am here with the windows open after buying a vacuum, spray, baking soda, humidifier for my dog. Strange people knocking on my door. Management is a joke. They don't take their customers serious. Many long time residents are good people with no where else so cheap to go and management knows it. Shame on them. This place is unfit and unhealthy. I've already contacted the health Dept and have photos and videos. My family prepaid in advance so I don't want to complain but put up with this disgrace of so called housing, motel or what for too long. This can't be legal. Front desk is tired of me calling and hangs up, even when I ask for a bedspread that doesn't have burns and holes. I don't care if it's free, it should be sanitary. I am so glad I documented everything. Ru, who works pt got it and was very helpful and also the other gentleman that works part time. The owner Dao and his daughter Arzoo are plain rude and like deadwood, no emition. They acted like I wasn't even there in the office voicing my concerns once. The electrical plug from Ac is burnt. No smoke alarm in 131 when I was in that room. I don't have enough time to write it all here. Dresser drawers have no bottoms, toilet seat, gross and no lid. it just doesn't stop. No hangers. Rusted toilet paper holder, smoke alarm went off at 6 am for no reason. half a towel or rag, to dry off on. put a full one in my head when I took it off, it was black on the back. every thing. Everywhere, just filth. curtains are slimy, box springs are torn and stained. I can't take it. would really rather be under a bridge or in my car. Everything about this place is a joke. I've stayed in alot of motels and my jaw us still on the floor that I wouldn't dare touch with my feet. Yes, I had to buy slippers too. It's freezing cold outside but Every time I turn unit on, it stinks blowing old smoke smell. I am a light smoker and I even I can't take it so I'm forced to go outside to smoke? Can't turn on heat or Ac? I have spent more money on Hydrocortisone, etc for the welts, cleaning supplies, etc. No wonder my little dog is sick. I am contacting my vet to have her checked. I have swabs from Ac unit I can't begin to describe. I have so many photos that are just unreal. I said I would take this room for the remainder of the prepaid month if it was cleaned and bed was changed. The bed was mistakenly removed and is still outside with others scattered about. Why don't they take them away? My bed was taken from a different room at 7 pm on a Saturday night. I was so tired from waiting 3 days to move rooms, don't forget, I moved from the cat room with swollen hands and blisters... When I took the sheets off to spray the mattress with flea and bedbug spray I bought at Lowe's (Ru reimbursed my $7.00). I was in shock, filthy, torn, etc. No mattress pad, torn sheets and the comforter? Holes, burns, gross.. Really? Please excuse any typos.

4/23/2018 at 3:30 am. I was at work when i recieved pictures and videos of bed bugs crawling across my pillow from my husband. We began our stay here one week prior. On 4/21/2018 i began itching on my legs sides and back. That was 5 days into our stay. My husband immediately took the sheets of the bed this morning following sending me the video and pictures i was not able to get a hold of anybody at the hotels office until 7am.. Once the sheets were removed you can literally see bed bugs poking their heads up and down on the bed. When i finally got to speak with the office after having to call their other hotel down the street. I walked into the office and the lady immediately had an attitude and was. Upset that i put a review about the bed bugs when couldn't reach them in hopes to hear from the manager. She was immediately saying we inspect our rooms on Mondays. I told her i understand that but her pest man must not be completing his job properly because this is a full blown infestation which does not happen over a 5 day period. She accused me of bringing the bed begs. I asked her from where her other hotel that i moved here from. She said they are not going to refund you a week. I told her i just want a bed bug free room in her other hotel for the same price with a week paid. And for them to run our clothes like the machine she said they would do for me. She handed me a card and said the manager will call me but i could check out now. Never once did she come look at the room nor did she review the pictures or video. The room has a slight odor and i am packing my things trying to figure out how to get my clothes treated so i do not take them with me and i can see bugs crawling all over the bed. Still waiting on them to do something.
