Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

The morning of March 27 we were leaving our room and I noticed a bug on the ceiling, I captured it alive and googled images for bed bugs, it matched the photo, I took it to the front desk alive and showed it to the Indian man at the desk, ( Brian) he asked if we had any bites and at the we did not, he gave us 40 percent off the room and offered to wash our clothes, we declined as we had to get back home, we slept at home Sunday night, upon waking Monday morning we both had bites, my partner had over 30 and I had 6. I phoned the hotel and they said they would comp the room and give me 5,000 points on my member card, this is disgraceful and there is no way that they did not know about this!!
