My boyfriend and I spent two nights at the hotel. I was the only one who woke up with about three bites after the first night. I thought they were mosquito bites since we had been outside. My boyfriend and I both woke up with bites and welts after the second night. We also discovered a bed bug and when we pulled the sheets back, there were old blood stains and hair under the mattress pad. We complained to the hotel managers and even took the pillow with the bed bug to the office. They took the pillow and apologized. They refunded one night of stay but there was no report filled out and they never came to the room to inspect.
