I stayed in the Hotel the night of 3/20/16. The hotel was dirty and understaffed. Stayed in Room 3207. Daughter complained of itching the next day. She had bed bug bites all over her upper torso. Contacted the hotel to do a bed bug inspection and they never contacted me back. I had to get Groupon involved in order for them to do anything. Groupon confirmed to me that an inspection was done and there was indeed bed bugs in the room. I am now freaking out worrying that I brought some of them home with me. Hopefully not, but beyond stressed just thinking about it. TRAVELER BEWARE!

I rented 4 rooms on 12/26/16 different types as a Christmas present for my family. There were 15 of us total. First, the water was cold, the place was looking run down in many areas and my husband and I thought it was quite odd that all of our room were so far apart from each other when there were so many empty rooms everywhere in the hotel. well about 2:00 in the morning my daughter who was in one of the rooms with the four bunk beds and had majority of the little kids, well she calls me in a total panic that she found a bed bug. I told her i would be right there. when i got there it had gotten away. we went over to the bed and low and behold there crawling across the sheets was another one. we grabbed it in a tissue and killed it which was a bloody mess, but i brought that to the front desk. everyone else in our party was informed and we all ended up in the lobby. I was given a paper for the rooms that state canceled and was told I would be refunded but I have yet to to hear anything from the hotel itself or Booking.com the place I booked the room through. needless to say we all left at 3:00am went to our homes and left everything we brought in the car. we spent the day today decontaminating anything that couldn't get washed or dried in the dryer. Merry Christmas to us huh?
