I e-mailed a manager in the front office, 03/15/2016 that my mother had found a bed bug/roach crawling on the wall across the hall from my apartment. She e-mailed back and promised that the hallway would be treated the next day. The hallway was not treated. I then sent her a picture of a bed bug that was crawling on the wall in the hallway 03/20/2016 when doing my laundry. I never heard back from the manager. Finally, on 03/22/2016, my mother was coming into my apartment to watch my dogs when she caught one on the outside of my door and one inside my apartment hallway. Again, I was promised that all apartments in the hall would be inspected and that the hallway/my apartment would be treated. I still have not heard anything further. Ana refuses to help with this and she has known for over a week that there was an issue in the common hallway. Now they are in my apartment. Hoping for some kind of response back from either Cardinal Management main office or from the building management office today.
