All four apartment units in the (I) building have a bed bug infestation. One person brought them when they moved in. They quickly spread to an adjoining apartment and that person reported them to the manager. The manager arranged for only that one unit to be treated. They did not even bother to tell the other tenants in that building, let alone treat those units. When the bugs migrated to the other units in that building, the manager said that it was their fault and that they must have brought the bugs with them. When those tenants informed the manager that they had spoken with the other tenants and were in fact aware that there was a bed bug problem, the manager denied it all. The headquarters of the apartments, Scotia, has been called several times and the contact person is always out of the office. The problem is ongoing and the infestation is getting worse, nothing is being done. Someone please tell us how to get this taken care of!!! Please!! We beg help!! Bless anyone that can tell us what avenues to take to resolve this life altering nightmare!!

Building I and others are now infested with bed bugs and office doesn't care and continue to rent units that were infested therefore people move out and spread this infestation to other places. They only treat 1 unit at a time so the bugs just travel to the next unit until they can return.
