I arrived on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 and began feeling sick on Thursday, March 3, 2016 with headache and body aches. On Friday, March 4, 2016, I noticed red bite marks all over my body (hands, neck, arms, back, legs, etc.). On Sunday, March 6, 2016 I went to the doctor and was told I had acute sinusitis and bed bug bites. I called the hotel on March 6, 2016 at 5:52 pm and told the receptionist my name, room number and dates of stay. She said she would have engineering check the room right away. However, I have not heard anything back since I reported the incident. There was a large number of lady bugs in the room (window seals, and a few near the night stand and desk).

On 10/24/16, I checked into the Four Points Sheraton in Brentwood, TN. My room # was 512. At approx 4am I woke up to intense itching. I turned on the light and found a bed bug crawling next to me on the sheets. I killed it with a tissue and it was full of blood. I also found a baby bed bug crawling in the bed when I pulled the sheets down. I called the front desk and informed the guy working of this issue and was placed on hold. He told me if I came downstairs he would place me in another room. I had to get dressed, pack my belongings and go downstairs. He placed me in a different room. I told him this is a serious issue not only do I have bites all over that itch but bed bugs can get into your luggage and be transferred to my home requiring fumigation. He said he would email the manager. I never heard from the manager. I was then placed on the 4th floor as I was scheduled for a 2 night stay. I did not encounter bed bugs in this room. However, I encountered billing issues, my room was not cleaned, was charged for room service, etc. I called about all of these issues and the person that moved me said he emailed the mgr, another person took my cell phone # and said the mgr would contact me. The manager is ignoring this situation. I pulled up this site searched whether this location has had bed bug reports filed and found the March 2016 report located herein. Imagine my horror when I read this report and the room that was infested with bedbugs was room # 512 the SAME room. This person per the report reported this issue to the hotel. The hotel had constructive notice and did nothing or did not exercise due diligence /follow up to determine if this infestation was still present. I am severely allergic to these bites and have many. I am very upset the hotel did not take care of this in March (7 months ago) and further subject there guests to these unsanitary conditions. Management's lack of response to this matter is very disturbing. Stay away from this hotel.
