I rented a room with 2 full beds for 3 13yr-olds and myself. We got there about 9pm and went to bed. Got up the next day and left in the morning. When I got home, I was bitten repeatedly on my eyes, hands, back, neck and arms. 2 out of the 3 girls were bitten as well. I called the hotel and left a message that there might be bedbugs and that I would call back. The exterminator I hired to fumigate my house said that the mattress would have to have been infested for me to have been bitten so badly in one night. For 2 homes, the cost for exterminating was $800. On my 2nd call, the manager said that he would look into the matter after the people in the room checked out. They rented the room despite my earlier call. The next call, the hotel manager complained that I was complaining about myself and \"what was he supposed to do about it\". He said that the guests who just checked out did not complain. He would not give me a number for the owner or tell me when he would contact him. Then hung up. I have spoken to the Wyndham corp and Travelocity who both contacted the hotel but I have heard nothing back.
