My name is Peter Joyce. I checked in to the country inn (room 114) in Lampasas, TX Saturday 5 March 2016. The next morning 6 March 2016 I discovered a single adult bed bug on the shower curtain. I promptly killed it and placed it in a plastic cup. I then documented everything on video and searched for more evidence of an infestation. I discovered signs of blood stains and spotty fecal matter on the mattress cover near the wall, in the center and on the right corner as well as on the box below and the wall around an outlet. I took pictures of everything. I then asked a worker there named Suzanne to speak with a manager. Standing in for a manager was Don Beasley who viewed the room with me, took a report, and said he would call an exterminator. I asked for a full refund (which I promptly received all $67) and any other expenses to be taken care of if I develop any medical condition or lose valuables. I further asked him to make a report on this site, which I do not believe was accomplished.
