Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

So we stayed the night at the lodge Friday night, middle of the night we woke up because my daughter said she got bit, woke up in the morning when her face and neck were covered from all the bites she had. Took her to the Drs today when it was confirmed that it was bed bugs emailed the owner which he apologized but said they have none but this needs to be taken care of

Stayed March 11 and 12, 2016. Found bug bites. Checked corners of the mattress and found powdery substance where owners had apparently tried to treat (so they've had previous infestations and kept the same mattress). One corner, nearest wires and nightstand, had several black flecks. Bug bites look just like the ones in the picture, and are arranged in a straight line.
