After a deep sleep, I was awaken by a stinging itch on my arm & hand. With a distance night light on I saw what appeared to be a tick to me. But when my boyfriend smashed it with his hand I we knew different. I lifted my pillow and saw another one. Search the web. And discovered I had my first attack by bed bugs. Immediately I went to the front desk spoke with NAME WITHHELD whom stated my credit card would be refunded, and I could move to another room. BUT wHO CAN SLEEP after all the I ITCHY PAIN. Me being the mom I am, I watched over my son and his friend that joined us. I walk back to service desk and asked about using the laundry. Went back to room 503, looking over my son and saw another bed bug...after I video the bug. I wrap the sheet and took it to Bryan whom but it into the bag. I told Bryan that my family and I are checking out, and I expected a call from the manger and a complete refund. Over the next few days my hand swell so that I couldn\'t wear my rings or bracelets on my right hand, I wear 20+pairs of gloves a day between patients, the pain removing gloves was awful. The embarrassment, may have been worse. A week later I still haven\'t heard from the manager James.
