Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I stayed at this Super 8 (AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGEMENT) for proximity to relatives, and no other reason. My experience could have been worse, yes, but disgusting...and POORLY handled, all the same. Placed my things in the tub upon check-in, as I had suspicions immediately. no signs of a problem until the morning. I woke up to find a blood-filled bed bug stammering across my pillow!!! I pulled back the sheets to the feet, and discovered another dead, as well as what I imagine was bed bug fecal matter. so nasty!!! I did not find a colony, but 2 are too many!!!! I politely asked that my 4 dry clean only shirts be laundered, for fear of bringing home a straggler- he was a jerk, and refused....so here I am. Charges were reversed obviously, but I do not recommend a stay here...unless you are enticed by the ideas that your room that may, or may not contain blood-seeking insects. It smelled...off, too. Good times...

8/8/23 discovered bed bugs under mattress-bites all over body so started a search. 8/9/23 hotel said they didnt have rooms and refused to move and didnt spray room
