Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I booked this hotel through Orbitz as a package deal while I stayed in Tampa, Fl Thursday January 28- Monday Feb. 1st. I was bitten the very first night I stayed there. I woke up with small bite marks on my arm but did not think anything of it, thought I had a flying insect in my room. The bites continued for the next 3 days I would wake up and look around in the bed/mattress and would find nothing the mattress even looked brand new. The final night I stayed I went to bed in long pants and a jacket I awoke with bite marks on my hand and ear as I pulled the pillows back the bed bug crawled out from on of the pillows.
