Have been dealing with bed bugs for about 9 months. Landlord just keeps having Ohio Exterminating come in and spray over and over again without checking to see if the dryers in the building stay hot enough long enough (they don\'t), without treating surrounding apartments at the same time, without doing anything about the one guy who keeps bringing them back in and spreading them around, not prepping, self-treating with bug bombs, etc. The landlord is trying but Ohio Exterminating is not educating him on how to tackle this problem successfully. They just keep coming in and repeatedly spraying, taking his money, and coming back to spray some more. When I talked to them about what further steps I can take and how to solve this problem the manager told me it wasn\'t their job to track down the source of the problem. Their only job is to come in and treat. Every tech that has come out has given me different answers to my questions and none of them even knew what a Packtite was. (Google it!) There has been a mass exodus because the landlord is decent enough to let people out of their leases yet he is NOT decent enough to stop renting to new, unsuspecting victims.
