Hello.....the Village at the Crossing Senior apartment community is infested with bed bugs, roaches and fleas. Daily the senior tenants report new infestations to the management office. The pest control professional bed bug/roach/flea spray stinks. Most products use permethrins and pyrethrins, which can be serious carcinogens. The pest control professional never use all natural, environmentally-friendly products. I have allergies plus I\'m old. Bed bugs are in the apartments, garbage rooms, laundry rooms, carpets, lobby sitting area, great room sofa, chairs and elevator. Most tenants in the Village at the Crossing apartment community are low income Section 8 thus unable to move. The building garbage rooms are disgustingly dirty, the floors, walls are grimy. I want to move from this place of danger to a safe place. Imagine always looking for bed bugs, roaches and fleas. The apartments are hot 71 - 80 degrees but I can live with the heat. Living here is nightmare. My neighbor had bed bugs in her apartment. Management took their time about spraying her apartment. This 80 year old women temporary moved into a hotel. Village at the Crossing management refused to paid her hotel bill. Plus she had to throw out sofa and reclining chair. Village at the Crossing seniors need help. thank you
