On Friday, November 13 2015 I moved from b-301 to b-206 at straight creek apartments. within three days i was covered in bites and was discovering live bedbugs throughout the apartment. i had not brought in any new furniture and had never experienced them in 301, where the bedrooms were on the very far corner of the building. That monday I went to the apartment manager, who is very compassionate and understanding, she immediately told me what I needed to do to get my apartment ready and she had an exterminator there as quickly as she could get him there. he sprayed only the bedroom, even tho i told them i saw bugs in the living room and bathroom. then they came back to spray all of the infected units, but instead only sprayed the 6 in that foyer even tho there was a report of them all the way over in 208 which is two apartments over from mine. and i\'m assuming they only did the bedrooms again. After not sleeping there all week i decided the day after spraying would be ok but I woke up with even more bites. I asked to break my lease and Jody immediately said that would be fine and agreed to return my deposit. I was out by the 1st and have still not received my deposit but i understand that may take up to a month. I think the company that owns these apartments is run by good people who want to do whats right but the actions they are taking aren\'t going to be enough and I do not want another adult child or animal getting bit by those things or having to go through the process to get rid of them.

My boyfriend and I moved in on the first of August 2016. We had no bed yet so we slept on the floor. The day after we slept there I woke up with multiple bites. Throughout the day, more popped up. I counted over 40 quarter sized bites in ONE DAY. The bites continued. We are now on day 7 and finally found out that all building are infested. The only relief I can find is Benadryl!! This is AWFUL!!
