There for a marathon race, we had to be moved because the shower broke. The second night we stayed in our new room I had some marks on my body. Ran the race that day, the next day (day of departure) my body was covered in bite marks. DISGUSTING!!!!!

Stayed at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino November 11-16. 2 nights on 21st floor and moved to Room 2427 after the tub faucet in our 21st floor room fell off. Once we returned to Canada I noticed bed bug bites from head to toe.

Found a serious bed bug infestation in room 532. Called management at 2am (on Sept 15, 2017) who moved me to another room, but after 4 days in the bed bug room, they literally just transferred the bed bugs into another room also. Took 7 more hours to even get anyone to listen to me. I had bites from head to toe. They FINALLY agreed to clean my clothes and belongings. However, I had to leave vegas with just my clothing. My shoes, work bag, purse, toiletries etc are still being cleaned and supposedly shipping to me in Ohio. The entire experience was so awful I literally fainted and had to have the paramedics called. I wish this on NO ONE!! It's quite awful. Called my neighboring/adjacent room a day later and there were people in it! You rented out the room right next to the bed bug infestation??? This is against protocol in most states and NOT responsible behavior. I'm honestly just disgusted.

Sept. 21 Stayed one night woke up to multiple bites. I filed a claim with risk management and they refuse to compensate me.
