I woke up this morbing covered head to toe in bed bug bites! My room in infested with them. It wasn't just myself, but my roommate as well. When staff was told about the issue, we were told there was nothing they could do or would do. Something needs to be done about the issue! I'm staying here with work and no way I can leave. I don't want to deal with bed bugs the whole time I'm here just because the staff won't deal with them. Management was not even told since the staff thinks there's nothing that has to be done.

On 5/30/23 me my fiancé and daughter checked into the days in off of Loch Raven and Cromwell bridge right next to Joppa Road in Towson. We were in the room for about 2 hours from the time we open the door to drop off our luggage to bringing in the rest of our luggage and take a shower and relax because our daughter has school in morning and my fiancé finds a bedbug so we capture it in cup and take a video with time stamp and pack up our stuff to take to office. Once we told staff about our problem we were not compensated for another night although we had to pack up and move to another room and had to be up just a few hours later for our daughter to get to school. The lady insist it is against policy to comp us because they need a 3rd party although we had the bed bug in a cup and a video with the date and time.
