I stayed at this hotel on 10/30/2015 for a romantic night with my love. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst nights of my life. Once we laid down I was attacked and bitten by bed bugs. We stayed in room 1012. There was also an abundance of black mold in the bathroom from the floor to the ceiling. Of course we ended up leaving in the middle of the night and when we went to the front desk the man was not surprised at what I told him. He stated he was not a liberty to confirm that he knew about the bed bugs and mold. We did get a refund but, we still lost a whole weekends worth of clothes and luggage. We discarded everything to avoid bringing the bugs home to our child and home. Even, after all this.. I still am stuck with whelps on my arms and neck and the burning and itchy sensation from the bites. Also, I was contacted by a manger the Sunday 11/01/2015 because of the complaint I made. I thought he was calling to apologize and he did but, I also got the impression he was worried about being sued and wanted to be sure to tell me he called Terminx. I also let him know I was reporting to the health department and contacting corporate. The staff was nice but the room quality was horrible. I\'m sure they will be repairing this room immediately to avoid any further issues. At least I hope.
