My two young sons and I temporarily rented the partially furnished apartment at college heights (while waiting for my husband to return to the Watertown area). After just a couple of months there, my youngest son broke out in hives from bites. It was a couple of weeks later that we found bed bugs on the bed (which was property of the apartment complex). This was back in March 2013. Management had All Pest come in to spray that apartment and put the mattress in one of the bed bug protectant covers. My sons and I were able to get out of the lease and moved immediately. Worst experience ever. It was a pretty bad infestation. We had only been in the apartment for a couple of months. The only things we brought into the place were kids\' toys, our clothes, and some electronic devices. Management initially tried to blame us, but the exterminators confirmed there was no way it would be this bad in just a couple of months. They\'re difficult to detect. Nastiest experience ever. Fortunately, we trashed almost everything except our clothes and anything that could be treated by All Pest - the bugs didn\'t come with us to our home. Management also didn\'t disclose this information to other tenants.
