I stayed here for one night because i had to rest for my drive to new york...My cousin woke up out of her sleep due to itch excessively...when we turned on the light her arm and face were bitten up...I look down and see a beg bug crawling on my sheets...we immediately contacted the front desk and notified them of the problem...when we called the girl seemed as if she already knew that the bugs were the problem because as soon as we mentioned bites she herself immediately said it was bed bugs...I was able to catch one of the bugs from the bed and brought it the the front desk and when I asked for my money back I was told I'd have to wait until Monday when the managers that have authority to give refunds are in the office. I spent about 3 hrs trying to get a staff member to contact someone in charge and they pretty much gave me the "o well" face and left it alone.

July 23, 2017 I woke up at night and realized that there was a bug with blood in the bed, I lifted the sheet to look at the mattress and there were others. I did not sleep the rest of the night. In the morning I went to see the reception and I got myself treated like a liar and practically put out the door and that anyway the manager did not care and that there was no other room Free for me. Had refunded me for the rest of the week but still charged for the night. For 1 1/2 years I am a customer at this hotel 1 week to 3 months but I can guarantee that this is the last time. I made a report to Choices privilege and I will also inform the different sites of the registry of the hotels which have problems of insect (bed bug).
