***BED BUG ALERT*** Worst hotel I've ever been. My husband and I were eating Chipotle on the round coffee table in the room. And my husband took off the cover of one of the pillows to stabilize the wobbly table. Guess what? BED BUG. A live bed bug fell off from the pillow cover. We put it in a plastic cup and we called the manager. He treated us as if we travel from hotel to hotel to look for deficits and threaten the managers/owners for money. My husband and I are both health care professionals and we don't have time for that. Both of us couldn't believe how we were being treated... We ended up finding 2 more bed bugs in the room. We also realized that the room is very dusty and old. The manager never apologized and asked us to sign this form that we will not make a big deal out of it for 50 dollars cash. We refused because we wanted to report it to the Department of Health. This happened on 9/15/2016, but I've been so busy to do that. But I'm finally off today so I will proceed to do it.

Having felt the room was sanitary enough, we did not feel compelled to look for bed bugs as its not our usual m.o. to do so. During the night, I felt creepy crawlies, or at least was compelled to itch in a lot of places, making my sleep restless. The next day and to this day I have small welts on my upper body, and a few on my legs. My husband was not affected, so can't explain that. Having researched bite mark patterns, I'm convinced I have bed bug bites.

My boyfriend stayed here for two nights and came home with dozens of bites on his upper body. Hotel didn't seem to mind when He reported it upon checkout, they acted like it's no big deal and happens all the time. This place needs to be shut down!
