July 9, 2020 room c202 I stayed there and on the second night I rolled over in bed and saw something move on the white sheet smeared it and I left a red line. BED BUGS are the only bugs I know that do that! I have pictures. The front desk, the whole establishment for that matter were horrible to me. Still treating me like a liar. They said they had the room inspected since then and it was negative for any bugs. Never have I seen such liars! Never have I been so let down by a place I used to enjoy. Been there years ago with family and enjoyed it! Now I’m grossed out and won’t return. I’m working on my house still as one came home with me and when I’m done I’m going to give them a piece of my mind! How dare they!!

10/10/2023 Paid for room 3303, went to bed about 9:00am, at about midnight my husband woke up covered with bites, we turned on the light, bed bugs were crawling all over under the sheets, we killed 4 or 5. Called housekeeping, they moved us to the room next door. Now we have to sanitize all our clothes and bags.

My dog and i stayed at virgin river hotel for 2 months leaving on the weekends and checkig back in. October-December 4, 2020. I took pictures of 20 bed bugs i pulled from my head , bugs found in covers. My dog can not stop itching . i washed all my cloths, bought combs to get them off dog etc. I went to the front desk they not only called me a liar, they called police on me. Security was rude, the night desk person should be fired, never did get a manager . my new jeep is now infested. Im now sleeping in that jeep. I paid $200 plus a week to stay there with my dog.
