I checked in around 10pm for a weekend from Fri 1/11-1/13 & as I headed to the elevator in my mind I wanted to turn around. It was old beat up needing up grading i got in the room that had 2 queen beds shower & layed in the bed closet to the door got up & started my day later that day I return with family to get dress for the night out on the town & spotted a bed bug crawling on the top of the bed closest to the other bed that i had clothes laying out on. I panic call front desk. They move me to room 132 but yet they turn right around & re-rented the room. I know because I call after I notice how the mgr act like he was not stung or shark like he heard it before. They returned me my $230 total but to know they did not correct the problem after I showed him video & pictures is horrible. They also make a person think the location is in Sawgrass area due to the name when it is not. I can only imagine how many others has reported this & because I am previous employee of Ft. Lauderdale Federal OSHA. I immediately reach out to have them follow up.

Room was disgusting very dirty and stains everywhere upon investigation I found bed bug droppings and a bed bug which I killed and brought to the managers attention. I checked out the same day.
