Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

June 10th- June 14th, 2019. Beautiful rooms, but dirty the closer you look. Lots of dust bunnies on the edge of the bed, a sock was also left in the room. Didnâ€™t feel bites till day 3 of my stay- happened to be the last night. I have experienced bites before, large welts all in a line, and extremely itchy. Showed the manager in the lobby and she changed my room. Did not have dryers on site so they shuttled me to a laundry mat. She said rooms are treated every 3 months for bed bugs. Bed edges are cleaned every 2 weeks- gross that is so easy to take a vacuum to suck up the grossness- even my new room was dirty on the bed edges. She said I would be compensated, but I never received compensation to my credit card on file. I think/hope it was just unlucky- itâ€™s a beautiful hotel, but cleaning needs to be improved!
