Checked in to room 111 on 7/27/2016 a 630am and was out by 930am. First thing when entering room, I checked mattress which was in cover, pulled back comforter & blankets on both beds, sleeping only on top sheets. Couple hours later wake to find large adult bedbug on my bed & two large ones on sons. Son had several marks on him and I myself had couple. Spoke with two families down way that were staying in hotel and both stated they had same issue. As of now still dealing with Wyndham. I so far have been stuck on hold for over 45 twice only to be told a letter was sent (even though no addresse on file) for me to send photos of bites. Sad part about the whole situation is that the hotel knows they have them and still continue to fight in giving a refund.

Friday into Saturday 8/9/19 found a bed bug on bed in room at 2am. I had just checked in at 11pm. I Advised management and they “upgraded” me to a worse room 141. I checked out by 3am with full refund. They are infested.
