I stayed at Harris North Kansas City on September 18th 2020 was in room 272 Las Vegas towers went down and gambled where later that evening my boyfriend and I retired to her rooms kept getting this itching like a tag in the back here shirt right for my shoulder blades was laying there talking with him got up and he saw a bug falling across my pillow me down to the front desk they confirmed with an EMT that it was a bed bug they transferred us to another room on the same floor which was parable to a cheap motel by the airport they actually disgusting they offered me a $40 food comp and displace me from my room between 2:30 and 5:30 a.m. the front desk attendant that was working that evening was extremely personal his name is Mike however the attendant the following day Molly was extremely rude. I have never been so insulted or disrespected as a guest at any hotel or any hospitality industry ever someone obviously needs some more training or education on customer service.

Found bed bugs in my room on 5/7/2024 and they worked with me to try and make me happy but then I had got a different room for my birthday on 05/24/2024 then the worst thing you can think about and yes it was bed bugs again and this is a room that they just did over. I did talk to the manager who was the best and doing everything he can to make me happy. But then they moved it to another man who is security manager and he was just trying to get me out the way and offer me $500.00 in cash when my clothes coast more then that. But after that I got kicked off the property and they said it’s because of something that happened over a month ago.
